Looking for ways to impress your guests / Family instead of the same usual snacks??!How about adding some healthy super rich Dip along with chips/ Doritos?? Guacamole is the answer for all the questions ?!!
Mexican Cuisine is just amazing!! Nachos, Quesadillas, Enchiladas,Burritos , Guacamole etc etc… All are favorite dishes..whenever we order Guacamole from our favorite Mexican restaurant, it seems insufficient for us?!! So later I started trying it at home.. And the happiness that I can see in my family’s face is just divine..??!!
And the best thing is the Healthy side of Avocados.. It’s fully packed with Vitamin-B,C,E,K , potassium etc etc..so Guacamole is a complete healthy recipe..
So here is the quick, no cooking recipe:
- Cucumber-1 medium sized ( finely chopped)
- Onion-1 ( finely chopped)
- Lemon juice-of 1 big lemon
- Tomato-1 ( or some cherry tomatoes)( finely chopped)
- Red chilly powder- 1/2 teaspoon
- Cilantro leaves- a handful ( finely chopped)
- Salt -as per needed
How to make:
1)first take a bowl and put the avocados in to it(without skin).. Then with a fork mash it nicely along with some salt..
3)put all the chopped veggies except cilantro leaves and mix well..
4)now squeeze the lemon juice and add chilly powder and stir nicely. Last add cilantro leaves and mix..
5)If needed add more salt/ chilly powder !!
