Scrambled Eggs with Spinach
Spinach is such a healthy ingredient loaded with vitamin K, vitamin A, manganese, folate, magnesium, iron, copper, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin E, calcium, potassium, and vitamin C and much more.. So it’s always good to include this in your diet..
And here is an easy recipe of spinach along with egg..both are my favorite!! And I love to make this again and again..
Here is the recipe:
Spinach -1 bowl/ 1 bunch ( chopped )
Onion-1 big( finely chopped)
Ginger -garlic -1/2 spoon( finely chopped)
Mustard seeds-1/2 teaspoon
Fenugreek seeds-1/4 teaspoon
Red chilly powder-1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
How to make:
1) heat a wok and add oil.. When it is hot enough splutter mustard seeds, buy cheap tramadol o fenugreek seeds and red chillies..
2)then to this add onion and sauté for 2-3 mins with some salt.. Later add the spice powders and stir well..
3)now let’s add the spinach and mix well with the onion mixture.. Add salt or spice powders if needed.. Then cook for 5 mins with the lid closed..
4)now add the final ingredient- egg!! Then scramble it nicely with the spinach and cook well..
So our scrambled egg with spinach is ready..
This easy dish can be served with rice/ chapathi/ any kind of bread..
