So here is the recipe..
Onion-1 ( sliced )
Carrot-1 ( sliced thin )
3 colored Bell peppers- 1/4 each
( sliced thin )
Ginger- 1 inch piece ( finely chopped )
Garlic -4-5 cloves ( finely chopped)
Olive oil- 4 spoons
Karahi masala powder-1/2 spoon
For peanut sauce:
Peanuts-1/4 cup( soaked )
Red chillies-3 ( soaked )
Salt-as per needed
Olive oil-5 spoon
Soya sauce-1/4 cup
Green chilly sauce-4 spoon
How to make:
1) first of all blend the soaked peanuts and chillies with some water to a smooth paste and add some olive oil and blend again..
2)now to this smooth paste pour olive oil, vinegar, soya sauce, water.. And mix well to a sauce like consistency..so spicy peanut sauce is done!!
4)then add broccoli and cook for some time with lid closed in medium flame..then add the rest of the vegetables to this and continue to cook with lid closed..
