Tuna is a healthy food ingredient with lot of Vitamin B6 & B12,phosphorus,proteins,Niacin and Selenium.. And with low amount of saturated fat..so it’s always good to include this healthy food item in our daily diet..
My li’l one never used to eat tuna when I made a curry or salad out of it.. So the idea of patties came to my mind.. And it was a great success.. She started eating it even before frying ?!!
And the recipe I did was so easy with minimal procedures , but with more healthy ingredients!! It was really yummm.. We all loved it ???!!
This is the fourth patties recipe I am posting..
so here’s the recipe of Tuna Patties:
Tuna-3 small tin( I used light meat tuna)
potato-2 ( cut to pcs and boiled with salt)
Carrot-1 (cut to pcs and boiled with salt)
Olives-a handful( finely chopped )
cilantro leaves-a small bunch( finely chopped )
Garlic-3 cloves( finely chopped )
Green chillies-2 ( finely chopped )
Black pepper powder-1 spoon
garam madala powder-1/2 spoon
Olive oil-for shallow frying
egg white – of 1 egg
Bread crumbs-for covering the patties
How to make:
1)take all the ingredients order tramadol india except tuna, oil, egg and bread crumbs in a large bowl..mash all the ingredients lightly and mix together..( don’t over do the veggies )
2)now to this add the tuna chunks without the oil content in the tin.. And then mix well again with the mashed veggies..
3) add more salt and spices if needed.. Now we can take small balls from this mixture and make it to any shape of patties as you like..
4)now beat the egg white in a plate..first dip the patties on this and later cover it with the bread crumbs.. Then keep all the breaded patties aside for frying..
5)now we can shallow fry the patties in a pan with olive oil.. And after frying keep it over a tissues plate to remove the excess oil..
so our healthy Tuna patties are ready?!!serve it hot with ketchup or any other favorite dip of your family..
This is a clever way to make your kids eat tuna and the other veggie stuffs that tgey deny to eat?!!
