Rich Creamy Pasta With Spinach,Broccoli & all kind of peppers along with Breaded chicken:
Yeah it was really a rich BOWL OF GOODNESS with all kind of healthy ingredients in one single dish..and super yummy as well.. Even my li’l one had twice that day who never used to eat spinach & rest of the veggies..
so with this recipe you can make sure your family eats all the essential veggies such as spinach,broccoli,bell peppers, olives along with the goodness of milk and cheese as well..
so here’s the recipe:
Pasta-1 cup( boiled with salt and drain out excess water)
Spinach-1 small cup
Bell pepper (red,yellow,orange)-1/4 ( chopped )
Broccoli-1/2 ( half cooked )
White onion-1/2 of big 1 ( finely chopped )
Tomato-2 ( skin removed after boiling and then finely chopped )
Garlic-3-4 cloves( finely chopped )
Italian seasoning-1/2 spoon
Black pepper powder-1 spoon
Crushed chilly flakes-1 teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese/ cheddar cheese-grated( as per needed )
Black Olives- 2 big spoon
For breaded Chicken:
Chicken breast pc-1
Garlic -2 cloves( finely chopped )
Black pepper powder-1 teaspoon
Lemon juice -of 1 medium sized lemon
Salt-as per needed
Butter-100 gram for chicken and 200 gram for pasta
Bread crumbs-as per needed to coat the full chicken pc
How to make:
1) first of all beat the chicken pc with some hard object like ice cream scoop or wooden masher evenly..this is to make the chicken a bit tender and flat for frying..
2)now marinate the chicken pc with the marinade well and keep it in refrigerator for at least 1/2 an hour for better taste..
3)now take the chicken PC and sprinkle the bread crumbs all over and coat well.. Now fry this in span with enough butter in medium flame..
4)let both the sides of the chicken be crispy and soft without sticking to the bottom.. Then off the flame!!
5)now let’s start with the Pasta.. Heat a wok, add butter and let it melt..add the onion & garlic.. Cook in high flame for 3-4 mins..
6)now add the tomato and mash a bit..mix all together and cook for some time..
7)now to this add pepper powder, chilly flakes and Italian seasoning.stir well and cook for few mins..
8)now let’s start adding the veggies..firstly add broccoli & sauté for a while..later finish off with the spinach and olives..mix well.. Add more salt and spices if you need..
9)now after 4-5 mins pour milk to this and give a nice stir in order to mix well.. Let it cook for few mins in medium flame..and then add the pasta..
10)now after stirring let it cook with the lid closed on low flame for 8-10 mins.. Don’t forget to stir occasionally..later finish off with cheese and close the lid for few more mins..
11)off the flame when the cheese get melted and mixed well with pasta..!!
Now slice the breaded chicken and serve it over a full bowl of pasta..?So here’s our BOWL OF GOODNESS PASTA RECIPE..?!
