Homemade Burger With Spicy Cheesy Chicken-Jalapeño Patties

Yeah!! Heard it right??.. Homemade Burger With Spicy Cheesy Chicken-Jalapeño Patties?!! I am a BIG BIG BURGER LOVER..???!!not just ME, my HUBBY & DAUGHTER TOO...so we are a BURGER FAMILY??!!


But now we are fed up of the usual Burger take outs ! So was looking for new tastes..accidentally one day We found the count down of most cheesy food items in the world in TLC.. One was a burger recipe, with full of cheese ,jalapeño etc..( don’t remember the name of the restaurant ?!!) how lucky the guys would be who got to eat from there..wowwwww?


I found this idea really AWESOME!! Yeah.. The next day I tried it out in my own style & as per our taste..?!!


so here’s  the new Indian mixed version of Cheesy Burger:


For Patties:


Boneless chicken-4 pcs(chopped & minced in a blender without water content )


Jalapeño-5-6 slices ( finely chopped )

Garlic-5 cloves( crushed )

Crushed red chilly flakes-a pinch

Red chilly powder-1 teaspoon

garam masala powder-1/2 teaspoon

Coriander powder-1 teaspoon

salt-as per taste

Pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon

Mozzarella cheese-as per taste

For Burger:


white onion-1/2 ( sliced thin round)

tomato-1 medium ( sliced round )

Cucumber-1/2 ( sliced thin )

cheese slice -1 for each order tramadol from us pharmacy burger

Burger Bun-1 for each burger

lettuce leaves-1 for each burger

hot sauce

mustard sauce

How to make:

1) first let’s start with the patties.. Mix all the ingredients of the patties together well except oil in a bowl..make small lemon sized balls out of it..roll it to patties with hands and take 2 of them..

2)place slices of mozzarella cheese on one patty and cover it with the other..now press it well and try to stick the ends together..so now we will get big thick patties:-)


3)shallow fry/grill these patties in a pan till brown and press well both sides..and place it over the tissue paper on a plate..


4)now heat the pan and slightly toast the sliced bun..

5)now lets start assembling the burger..first place the lettuce leaf on the bun  followed by onion,cucumber,tomato..

6)now place the cheese slice and chicken patties over it..now lets do the final seasoning with hot sauce & mustard sauce..


finish off with the bun:-)!!! our burger readyyyyyyyy…


it was so yummm and super cheesy!!! the patties itself with yummy melty cheese which was Heaven…..


i hope all would try this recipe at home and fall in love with it…

  3. After seeing the picture, I just had to read the recipe! It sounds fantastic, I especially like the Jalapeños and how you put cheese between the patties.
    I am going to give it a go once I gather the ingredients, might swap the chicken out for turkey and see how I get on 🙂
