Lunch box recipe no-2: Stir Fried Chicken with Beans in 10 mins

As I mentioned in my previous post Lunch Box Recipes here comes another quick recipe for Lunch box which i have tried at busy mornings..!!this can be served with Rice / chapathi !!really effortless as the recipe needs minimal ingredients..

One thing to be noted, always keep some Garlic & Ginger (in ready to use form )in the refrigerator.. This simple thing would save a lot of time & add more yummines to your food..

So here comes another 10 min recipe:


Ingredients:

Chicken-250 gm( boneless -Chopped )

Frozen green beans-1/2 bowl( thawed )

Hot sauce-as per taste

Garlic-4 cloves ( crushed/ finely chopped)

Black pepper powder-1/2 spoon

Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon

Oil- 1 1/2 spoon

How to make:

1)heat the cooking pan and add oil.. To this add the garlic and sauté well in the oil..

3)later add chicken along with salt & spice powders..

3)give a nice stir in high flame.. Chicken gets easily cooked in high flame..

4)after 4-5 mins add the beans and needed hot sauce .. Stir well and cook for 2-3 mins more in high flame..

Off the flame when done!!

This is a super quick recipe ..all you need to chop is the chicken if there’s garlic paste or garlic in the fridge…

The spice factor can be adjusted according to your taste.. Really works for lunch boxes or quick supper!! The recipe is dry still moist enough to carry for lunch..
