My family loves Chana Masala(Chickpeas curry)..it goes really well with Chapathi /Naan/ any kind of bread..and few days back i made some with a new addition of Broccoli to it..it was super Healthy & yummmm…!!yeah was awesome for supper along with Chapathi..

Tried to make the recipe most simple and easy!! i hope this would be a lot more time saving :-)..
here’s the recipe:
tomato paste-2 spoon
garlic-3 cloves(finely chopped)
oil-1 1/2 spoon
chana masla powder-2 spoon
turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
coriander powder-1 spoon
red chilly powder-1/2 spoon
How to make:
1)first heat the pan and add oil..at high flame add the garlic & broccoli along with salt..cook this for few mins..later add all the spice powders and tomato paste..saute well..
2)now to this add some water and allow it to boil for 4-5 mins..
3)to this boiling curry add chickpeas..cook this for another couple of mins..
off the flame when the required consistency is reached..
so our quick Indian curry is done!!
The tomato paste and chana masala powder was the chief taste providers in the curry!!it was awesome..
