Broccoli-Chickpeas Curry / Broccoli-Chana Masala

My family loves Chana Masala(Chickpeas curry) goes really well with Chapathi /Naan/ any kind of bread..and few days back i made some with a new addition of Broccoli to was super Healthy & yummmm…!!yeah was awesome for supper along with Chapathi..


I have posted another version of Chana with Cauliflower (Chana-Gobi Masala) during the early days of my give a look at the post and try it as well..:-)


Tried to make the recipe most simple and easy!! i hope this would be a lot more time saving :-)..


here’s the recipe:



broccoli-1/2(half boiled)

chickpeas-1 tin/cooked

tomato paste-2 spoon

garlic-3 cloves(finely chopped)

oil-1 1/2 spoon

chana buy american tramadol masla powder-2 spoon

turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon

coriander powder-1 spoon

red chilly powder-1/2 spoon

How to make:

1)first heat the pan and add high flame add the garlic & broccoli along with salt..cook this for few mins..later add all the spice powders and tomato paste..saute well..


2)now to this add some water and allow it to boil for 4-5 mins..


3)to this boiling curry add chickpeas..cook this for another couple of mins..


off the flame when the required consistency is reached..


so our quick  Indian curry is done!!


The tomato paste and chana masala powder was the chief taste providers in the curry!!it was awesome..
