Breakfast Cheesy Egg Muffin with Baked Peas & Chicken Luncheon:
This weekend I made something yummy & easy for breakfast..got to see this muffin idea from Pinterest.. So thought to give it a try with our favorite ingredients..
it was a great relief on holidays to play with some easy recipes without much effort or time..?!!it was too good..
and I got a chance to use my new silicone muffin tray?! It was awesome to use silicone moulds..
Here’s the quick recipe:
Onion-1 ( finely chopped )
tomato-1 ( chopped )
Chicken luncheon-1 small sliced ( chopped )
Baked beans-2 spoon
black pepper powder-1/2 spoon
mozzarella cheese-1 pc ( chopped )
How to make:
1)first of all beat the egg together till smooth with salt and pepper powder.. Later take our muffin tray..
2)now add the onion and tomatoes on all the space.. Later add some beans and chicken luncheons.
3)now pour the egg mixture and immerse the cheese cubes in the middle..
4)now bake the muffins on a preheated oven at 180 degree for 10 mins or so and watch your muffins raise ..( I took 9 mins )!!
so zero oil breakfast is ready..give a new look to our daily ingredient ?!!
Kids would love to eat just like cupcakes..and it would be easy to carry for work or school..
