100th Post-“Red Plum Cake”?:
Yaaaaayyyyy??!! So here’s my 100th post..:-)
since last 4 days i haven’t posted any recipes .. Because i wanted to prepare something special on this very special day.. All these days i did some savory dishes but was not satisfactory enough to post as 100th..
and finally i ended up on the decision to bake a CAKE?!! Yeah.. I am getting more and more addicted to baking now?!!and found some ripe Red plums.. So everything was really easy..

With everyone’s support here is my 100th post and looking forward for more 100s ….
and with the help of PicMonkey editing software and some tutorials,i designed my new blog header..?!!
Here’s the cake recipe:
For plum Jam:
red plums-3 ( chopped )
Water-1 1/2 cup
All purpose flour-1 3/4 cup( sieved )
butter-1 cup( melted-as i am whisking with hands )
baking powder-2 teaspoon
sugar-1 1/2 cup( powdered )
Plum-1 ( sliced thin )
how to make:
1)first lets prepare the plums jam.. Mix plums,water and sugar in a sauce pan and heat in medium flame.. Cook this till the plums get soft and red pulpy jam..
2)now lets start with the cake..mix all the dry ingredients buy ultram uk together in a large bowl with spatula/whisker…
3)now add the melted butter slowly and keep whisking..to this add the milk in batches and keep whisking..
4)now slowly add the eggs and beat well till we get smooth batter with no lumps.. Beat again for 5-6 mins..
5)now add 3/4 of the plum jam to the batter and mix well.. Now we get a sweet-sour batter?..
6)grease the baking dish with butter and place a wax paper on it again greased…now gently pour the batter to it and spread evenly..
7)now bake this for 15 mins in a preheated oven at 200 degree…
8)after 15 mins take it from oven and apply the left jam all above and decorate with the sliced plums ..now bake it again for another 20 mins or so…
( i did this because the plums would immerse down if we are doing it at beginning as the cake batter is in liquid form)
Adjust timing as per the cake is cooked well or not..
And let the cake cool for a while and later remove the wax paper..
now cut it out and njoy with your loved ones???!!
the cake tasted awesome..with its sweet & sour jam and filling..
