Papaya and Dates are fruits with numerous benefits for body and skin..The smoothie i made was not that sweet, but i could ensure it was really healthy and One hundred percentage NATURAL?!!
Have this smoothie on busy mornings instead of skipping breakfast !! Try it out and Im sure you people would love it…
Papaya-1/2 ( remove skin & seed and sliced )
Milk-2 tins/ 500 ml ( i used evapurated milk )
How to make:
1) blend all the 3 ingredients together till it becomes thick soft consistency…
( i used no extra sugar in order to make it more healthy )
Pour it to a glass and njoy every single sip of it?!!
