  1. Wow looks delicious! I will definitely try it out. What is the difference between garam masala and just masala? I have mild masala; can I use that?

    1. Garam masala usually includes all the Indian spices such as fennel seeds, bay leaves, cardamom, black pepper, red chillies, cinnamon, coriander etc..
I think mild masala would be less hot and spicy.. All the other ingredients would be same..so u give a try n njoy!!
