I just luv drinking fresh juices n smoothies.. On fridays im too lazy than usual?.. So i try to make the breakfast simple and healthy at the same time..
so tdy i experimented a new smoothie with 3 favourite fruits of us all..?!! Mango,strawberry and apple without adding any sugar…
mango-1( without skin ,sliced)
apple-1( sliced )
vanilla ice cream-2 scoops
How to make:
1) blend all the ingredients together in the blender well along with some water to do it smoothly..
The smoothie is absolutely healthy and natural.. With a sourness of strawberry and A bit sweet of fruits and ice cream..!!
its really colourful.. Yummy as well!!
